With the rapid development of economy, people’s living standard is growing steady, so children are faced with new opportunities and challenges. How to help children ready for adult life draws public attention. It is universally acknowledged that parents should not let their children do the part time job. Admittedly, if children do the part time jobs, their time of doing homework will be reduced, may be this will affect their study. These people insisting on this point, nonetheless, fail to aware that parents should let their children to do the homework in order to get ready for their adult life.

It should be underscored that this will enrich children’s social experience. To be specific, after doing the part time job, children will gradually adopt the life of adult. A case in the point is that, my uncle’s son, he was asked to do the part time job at the age of ten. Three years after, however, he became accustomed to do this. Nowadays, he can deal with everything such as renting the housing by himself, earning money by doing the job of tutor, and traveling to some place by himself very well. Therefore, it is clear that doing the part time job will enrich children’s social experience.

Based on the reasons and examples mentioned above, it is clear that letting children do part time work is really help to them to get ready for adult life.

SNOW

Snow is a common natural phenomenon in circumpolar latitude region . Because of the cold weather in winter, snow forms in the atmosphere. The water in the atmosphere get together and forms into very small droplet. As these droplets become bigger and bigger, the atmosphere cannot hold their weight and the droplets begin falling down from the sky. Cold weather freezes these small babies into crystal. If you have a close-up view of these small things, you will recognize that every of them have a different, complicated and regular shape. It is because the temperature and surrounding water vapor content is various.

there are many interesting stories about snow and me. When I was a child, my father always makes a snow slide for me in the back garden of my grandmother’s.  Actually, not only my father makes, but also I and my sister. My hometown is in the northeast of China, so the winter is extremely cold. One snow slide can easily last for the whole winter.  We also enlarge the snow slide after each snow. The slides are different in every winter, different in shape, different in size and different in location. That was really the most enjoyable thing in the winter

In human’s mind, the snow always represents pure, peaceful and sometimes give us a feeling of sadness. People like snow in different reason. Some individuals love snow because it can make the world quiet. They hate noises. Someone loves it for giving us a lot of fun, such as skiing and making slides like me. Even a few people like it just because they like cold weather. Snow is like a pretty melting girl. It, however, sometimes becomes a horrific evil. It brings countless of disasters to the world. Snow disasters destroy the house and the power unit. It creates a huge number of economy losses every year.

My favorite Dog Wangwang

I write a blog about my dear dogs, I hope everyone can like it!

It has been two months since I came to Virginia tech. I miss my family very much especially my pet dog Wangwang.  The big boy dog with white straight hair has stayed with me for two years. During the period Wangwang stayed with me, I never felt lonely and looked it as my best friend, even a family member. However, two years ago, Wangwang was my aunt’s treasure. The first time I met it is a forever memory in my whole life.

One day in the summer holiday, I was playing the interesting online game, the World of War Craft, as usual. Suddenly, the door alarm was ringing, and I heard my mother’s exciting voice ‘ Chris, your aunt comes with a lovely dog.’ I logged out the game instantly and ran out of the room. The first sight of the dog made me out of control. It twinkled its big bright eyes and shook its white head. It seemed that Wangwang smiled at me and it loves me very much. My aunt said that she would travel to Hainan, so she wanted my family to look after her treasure, Wangwang. Certainly, we agreed with a pleasure mood. The following days we spent together were happy and we slept together. As time going, my aunt came back and missed her dog very much. But what surprising all of us is that Wangwang cried! Each time my aunt tried to leave, it was struggling to my embrace. Consequently, my aunt gave up and told me Wangwang belonged to me.

In these two years, it is an alarm that jumps over my face and wakes me up every morning. It is a rubbish bin that listen my sad and furious experience. It is a toy that plays with me. Now, I miss Wangwang.
